Hailing from Canada's California, Kelowna BC - SSIK execute any sentiment that Canadian Hardcore Punk has only devolved itself into boring, metallic gang idolatry and instead scream from the void to exorcise their own brand of alienation and dejection.
"Inferior Health" combines the Rock-ready antics of bands like FU's and The Freeze with the irreverent youthful excitement that keeps hardcore interesting 40 years on. This is not the same-old-genre-dance dolled up like every pig in the trough. There's gut and heart in here played with real conviction and chops.
